HOW LONG IS A THERAPY SESSION?
Therapy sessions typically last 50 minutes. However, if you are having a course of CBT or ACT, then shorter, 30 minute sessions can be arranged, if preferred. Sometimes it is helpful to have longer EMDR sessions (e.g. 80 minutes) in order to complete the processing of a trauma memory within the session or to speed up the process of therapy; this can be discussed during your initial consultation
WHEN ARE THERAPY SESSIONS AVAILABLE?
Dr Rachel Lee offers therapy sessions from Monday to Thursday, roughly 9am - 5.30pm.
Carmen Marchant offers online therapy sessions on a Tuesday evening.
