5. A guide for the important people in your life. I've written a guide that you can share with the people who care about you, so that they can get a better understanding of what you're experiencing and how best to support you. I've included it because I know how hard it can be for partners, friends and family to grasp what trauma symptoms are really like and why you can't simply think your way out of it, put it behind you, or let it go.​
