Atomic habits is the perfect book for anyone who would like to create new behaviours or habits. Changing behaviours can be hard, so this book gives a number of ways to help you overcome common barriers. It will help you set habits in a more powerful way, focusing on your values. It also helps you identify small and sustainable steps towards your goals, use your environment to help you succeed and find ways to stay motivated when things get challenging. The book is full of stories and science and an enjoyable read. I read this is two days.
