Online therapy

You may feel a little unsure about online therapy, which is natural if you haven't tried it before. It may help to know that 100% of my clients book a second therapy appointment with me. Some of my clients tell me that they prefer having therapy from the comfort of their own home. Others find it easier to fit in around their other commitments.

Trauma Therapy, EMDR and CBT

I offer online Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy and  Cognitive Behaviour Therapies (CBT) for a range of difficulties from trauma responses and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) to anxiety disorders, work stress, low mood and difficulties with intense emotions and relationships. These evidence-based therapies work relatively quickly. Most people I see have 6-12 sessions of therapy.

In the initial therapy session we develop a shared understanding of your difficulties and identify your therapy goals, which we use to plan the most effective treatment for you.
